All promotions and events are only available to Mintbox members.
- Do I have to pay to be a Mintbox member?
Membership is completely free.
- How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by choosing “Forget Password” from the login page. Click here to reset your password.
- Do I need to register my credit card?
Credit card registration is not required at this time to participate in any sale or to earn cash back credit. In the future, credit card registration will be made available giving you access to private sales in-store and online.
- How do I update my registered credit card?
Since credit card registration is not required at this time, you can still shop with your current registered card. You can always contact support@mintbox.com with any questions regarding your registered card.
- When do I receive my cash back credit?
You are eligible to receive their cash back credit when your account reaches a balance of $25 or greater after 45 days of the last eligible purchase. When your account reaches $25 or greater please make sure your account is updated with your current mailing address. Please email credits@mintbox.com with any questions regarding your account balance.
- When should I expect credit after making a purchase?
You should receive credit for your eligible purchases within 24-48 hours. You can view your credit balance under “My Account”.
- What if I have a question about my credits? (i.e. discrepancy)
Please contact credits@mintbox.com and we will work with you to resolve any discrepancy with your credits account.
- What if I return my product? Do I still get cash back?
Returned items are not eligible for cash back credit.
- Will my personal information be sent to 3rd party marketers?
Members’ privacy is extremely important to us and your personal information will be not be shared with any 3rd party marketers.
